For ECL, in addition to providing regular face-to-face training, we have supported them with ensuring they have an up to date medication policy.
We have also recently developed a bespoke approach for staff competency assessment training – tailored to different roles within this organisation. This has involved working closely with their senior team and their Head of Quality and Corporate Assurance, in order to:
- fully understand different staff roles and their involvement with medicines management
- develop tailored practical workshops in order to meet their relevant responsibilities
