We have used Martin and his company as an external auditor for our medication systems in our supported living settings. Martin has provided an excellent service whereby he is very knowledgeable and is able to identify and support us in ensuring our policies and procedures are in line with current legislation. He has been able to provide support to both company directors, team leaders and staff with effective and thorough auditing processes which have been very beneficial. We have also been able to contact Martin when we have had queries in relation to medication issues and he has been exceptionally prompt with responding and providing us with advice. Martin has also provided us with up to date information and useful websites which have only enhanced our systems. Our staff feel very confident, as do we, in having such an excellent support and we will continue to use his services for our future audits.

I've attended lots of medication training over the past 13 years and AIT Medihelp has easily been the best. The trainer was great and very knowledgeable (it helps that he is a pharmacist!) Martin ran the sessions at my work and everyone who attended agreed that the course was really well run, informative and was actually interesting! We learnt a lot. After the training I have been in contact with the trainer (and others in the team) and had some really useful support which helped me update 'guidelines/policies' and make sure the service I'm in follows the best practice possible! I've done a good few medication courses over the years but this last one I attended was run by Ait Medihelp and it clearly beats any course I've done previously. I believe the man who ran the class was called Martin. He was a pharmacist and so obviously knew his stuff. His manner of teaching was informal but thorough and he got us all interacting well. Up until now I've always had my meds training with in-house managers running the class and always thought that wasn't ideal. I believed this was just another old boring meds class but Martin had me sitting up and paying attention. I really didn't want the class to end because I learnt so much and was eager to learn more! After, the class all chatted about how good it was. There some attendees who had been SW's for 30 years who were saying, "I never knew so much of what he taught us today". We all believe it should be a legal requirement to have meds training with a pharmacist. Well done Ait Medihelp. Keep up the good work.

I've used AIT Medihelp for years and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. The training itself is fantastic and our staff consistently comment on how good it is, but the professionalism and helpfulness of the team is also excellent. They really do go the extra mile.

I highly recommend this training provider to anyone managing medication in the workplace. I worked in various care settings for 17 years and during this time I attended several medication courses organised by high street and independent pharmacies. Luckily my employer now use Ait Medihelp for all our medication courses as they provide the most service centered training available and they are excellent value for money. I previously attended medication training that left me with a lot of generic information that they weren't actually relevant to my day to day practice. Ait Medihelp works with the employer and employees to ensure that what it is delivered in the training room is consistent with how staff is expected to manage medication in their work place based on policies and procedures and risk assessments. In addition to this the after training support is simply outstanding. Independently from the type of query, I always received a prompt response with valuable information, suggestions and guidelines and even templates to deal with most medication related issues.

I have used this service for training and advice for many years now. It is definitely one of the best trainings I have ever attended. Martin has been on hand for assistance whenever I have required it.

I have used AIT for a long time, the course is always open for discussion during the training time so any issues that you might wish to openly discuss is addressed. The training courses always give a full account of what is needed and required to practice. However, should there be an issue that arises in my work environment it is reassuring to know that Martin and Alison will always supply how to address the issue if required. Would recommend this company to any individual or organisation where training is required for medication.

AIT Medihelp has always provided excellent training in the past, so when more in-depth training was required, this organisation was the sensible choice. As with all previous training by this organisation it was relaxed and easy to follow but very informative. Support and guidance were given by our tutor Martin. I really enjoyed the course and found this training useful, the work book is exceptional. Our trainer was very kind and helpful in answering any questions, and said he would provide support after the training was complete if we needed help with anything. He used real life examples which is super helpful for me.

Firstly, the course was arranged well by my Care Home Manager. Subsequently everything was set up for me in order to login into the training session without any problems.
Secondly, the course reference is clear and easy to access.
Thirdly, I struggled to complete the last of the training. Even though, I was quite upset about it the Support team supported me by giving me another chance to submit my final test. Furthermore, I was given a clear feedback which area I needed to review before taking my assessment.
Finally, I utterly enjoyed attending this training and I look forward to attending more e-learning organised by your team.
