Meeting Challenges

During the Pandemic we have had to adapt and change our course delivery in order to continue supporting our customers. We developed distance learning materials for our Foundation Course and  competency course and adapted our delivery to a distance learning model so that staff could continue to benefit from our  expertise during these difficult times.

Customer Feedback

We have been working with AIT Medihelp to provide Medication Training and advice to our Residential & Day Care Services who support people with complex needs.We have always been happy with the quality of training, the content and support for staff; including those who need extra support.

We have been particularly impressed with the way Martin and his Team have adapted quickly to the changing requirements due to the Pandemic where our frontline staff, particularly in Residential Settings are under increasing pressure.

We have during this time commissioned both the Foundation Level Administration of Medication and the Competency Level for Team Leaders to be able to assess and coach their teams. AIT Medihelp have continued to deliver a high quality, competency-based training but adapted it to workbooks, with plenty of guidance, assessment and case studies incorporated and on-line sessions with Team Managers. Clear information has been provided following assessment and in one case in particular a follow-up session to ensure full understanding was delivered.

At all times AIT Medihelp are professional, supportive and generous with their time. Work to requested deadlines and it feels to the customer like a seamless process between requesting training, administration and gaining feedback results on staff competency which takes all the pressure and worry away from us.
