We have worked with Making Space, who are a National Health & Social Care Charity, for many years – initially on a Face to Face basis, supporting care staff with our Foundation course and delivering competency training so that managers have the right knowledge and are competent when assessing their staff. With the pandemic we have been supporting the company with e-learning and blended competency training.

Customer feedback

AIT have supported us for a long time in ensuring the safe administration of medication. One of the most (If not most) important responsibilities for a Support Worker. What I like about AIT is they will look at when a colleague is going slightly wrong with the assessment and help guide them with the correct revision points.
