We have done our best to ensure the course is fully accessible on a wide range of devices, phones, tablets and desktops using up-to-date browsers — however we cannot guarantee that it will work as well on older mobiles that don’t use up to date browsers.

Individuals can pay using debit or credit cards using our secure payment system.

If you are a company requiring a number of licences then please contact us to arrange payment.

Please contact us if you are an organisation and you want to buy multiple licences and we can arrange to invoice you for payment by BACS and, if you wish, set you up with your own ‘branch’ which you can administer if you wish.

You will receive an email with your username and password – please use these details to log in. You will then be prompted to accept terms and conditions and to change your password for your own security. You will then be able to start your training.

The Foundation Course will take you approximately 2 hours to complete, but it is broken down into four easy to manage sessions which you can work through at your own pace.

The competency assessment will take approximately 20 minutes.

When you have successfully completed the course you will receive an email  with a link where you can download your certificate, or you can log in to your e-learning account and download your certificate from there by following the instructions below:

Click on the arrowed dropdown list next to your name at the top of the screen and select “Certifications”, or

Go to “Progress” and click on the certifications tab then click on the icon to the right of the screen.

That’s fine, your progress will be saved and you can return to the point you left off at any time without having to start from the beginning again.

You must score at least 75% on each quiz in order to progress to the next session. If you score less than 75% you will be able to have another attempt at the quiz, if you don’t pass a second time please contact us for further support. Once all the sessions are complete and the quiz’s are passed you will be able to download your certificate.

After you have completed the course and downloaded your certificate, you may access the course for reference for 6 months.
